Fund Healthcare Not Warfare

 Decked in pink feather boas, an intergenerational group of Bismarck CodePinkers filled the offices of Senator Conrad, Senator Dorgan, and Rep. Pomeroy. We presented each office with a pretty pink banner, reading, "Fund Healthcare Not Warfare." We also gave each office a glamorous pink feather boa. Staffers promised that the banners (and the boas!) would be sent to our delegates in Washington immediately.

While in the offices, we signed the banners, made heart-felt statements to be shared with our delegates, hob-nobbed with staffers, ate pink candy, and were able to have our story covered on KFYR-TV.
