We launched the Parade about 30 minutes before the formal event left the Coliseum by joining with the Iraq Veterans for Peace,(Them: "Hup Two Three Four..Us:..We don't want your stinking WAR!")The Seriously Pissed Off Grannies & Code Pink Portland. We were two rows of Brollie Brigades. And we chanted all along the 3.5 mile route. "Give me an I Give me an M, give me a PEA & a C & an H, Let's IMPEACH today! "We're CODE Pink, we're here to stay, IMPEACH those criminals today!" Some members of our group attempted to lie down in front of the WWII tank that was part of the parade too, but Portland's Finest prevented that. Boys in Blue on bikes, BAH! But the crowd was enthusiastic & supportive. "Bring 'em back, bring 'em back bring the soldiers back, Leave the Generals in Iraq, but bring the soldiers back!"
